How do I send or receive Kala?

Sending & Receiving Kala

Having a Kala wallet gives you a safe and secure way to send or receive Kala from anyone with a Kala Wallet. You can use Kala as your own peer-to-peer currency to exchange goods or services with other Kala users on terms you control. The Kala Wallet puts YOU in charge.

How to Send Kala:

  • Log in to your Kala Wallet
  • Click “Send” on the navigation bar
  • Enter the recipient’s Kala Wallet address and amount you want to send
  • Click the “Send Kala” button
  • To verify and securely send Kala, you will receive an email with a transaction confirmation code. You must enter the code into the pop-up box and click “Verify” within 20 minutes or the transaction will be cancelled.

Get access to your Kala Wallet from home, the office, or waiting in line at the grocery store! Kala Wallet is now available as an easy to access shortcut from your Android phone.

How to Create a Kala Wallet Shortcut on Android Devices

  • Grab your Android phone
  • Open your web browser
  • Go to wallet.kalacoin.io
  • Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner to open the menu


  • Click “Add to Home Screen”


Once the shortcut is on your phone, just tap it to go straight to your wallet. Easy and simple!
