How do I reset my Kala Wallet Password?

1. Click on forgot your password?



2. Enter the email associated with your Kala Wallet and click send reset code. DO NOT close this page!



3. Open the email you received. The email will have code which must be entered to the password reset form. Keep in mind the code is only valid for 20 minutes. if you see an email please check your spam folder. 



4. Enter the code you received and answer the security questions in order to reset your password. If you have not set up your security questions contact us at https://support.kalacoin.io/portal/home.



5. Enter your new password.
IMPORTANT: The password must be 10 characters or longer and must include a number, symbol, lower and upper case letters.
